Alexa Pijuan brings over a decade of diverse experience in property management, sales, and marketing to her role as Regional Operations Manager at Vitra Housing. With a proven track record of driving operational excellence and fostering strong resident relationships, Alexa is dedicated to elevating the living experience across Vitra's portfolio.

Prior to joining Vitra, Alexa served as the head of Community Management at Ashland Pacific, where she managed resident communications, leasing, maintenance, and overall operations for a multi-property portfolio. Under her leadership, Ashland Pacific saw significant improvements in resident retention and operational efficiency, highlighted by her personal achievement of securing over $1.5 million in annual pre-leasing contracts for 2024-25.

Alexa’s career also includes international experience in real estate and marketing. She was instrumental in establishing a property management company in the Philippines, focusing on short-term rentals and curated properties. Her global perspective is further enriched by her work in Singapore, where she led sales efforts for a luxury destination club and managed key client accounts across Asia Pacific.
