Daphne's career reflects deep expertise in the high-stakes world of new construction lease-ups. She has led new development efforts for Core Spaces, Asset Living, Peak Campus, Trinitas Ventures, and The Bradley Company—bringing communities online in markets from Knoxville to Pullman to Troy, New York. At Book & Ladder, she served as National Leasing and Marketing Specialist, supporting portfolio-wide strategy, and she has also held general manager and training roles at Yugo and community management positions at Cardinal Group and Coastal Ridge Real Estate.
